- You manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new customers across North-East France and the French-speaking regions of Luxembourg and Switzerland.
- You conduct regular customer visits and promote MISUMI's broad product portfolio and digital services to key stakeholders.
- You build strong relationships with engineers, mechanical designers, purchasing professionals and other decision-makers.
- You collaborate closely with Inside Sales colleagues to identify business opportunities and drive regional growth.
- You maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system and ensure timely reporting.
- You work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Technical Support and other departments to deliver excellent customer support and business results.
