- You identify, acquire and develop partnerships with leading manufacturers to expand our product portfolio in the field of factory automation.
- You manage the onboarding and maintenance of suppliers and products within our systems and MISUMI online shop.
- You negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements with new and existing suppliers.
- You conduct market and competitor analyses and derive strategic actions to optimize the product portfolio.
- You collaborate closely with international MISUMI entities and our headquarters in Japan on global initiatives and projects.
- You work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT and Product Compliance to ensure seamless business processes.

Your profile
- You have a degree in business, engineering or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience in product management, supplier management, procurement or business development.
- You are confident in negotiations and stakeholder management at both operational and management levels.
- You have a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
- You communicate fluently in English; German on native level is a must have
- You enjoy working in an international and dynamic business environment.
