Your role and responsibilities
  • Introduction of ID Japan's sales model
  • Creation of a basic sales model for selling “meviy”
  • Sales support for the sales department of MiSUMi Europe
  • Sales support for the outsourced telemarketing company 
  • Sales support for the “meviy” Inside Sales team
  • Creation of cards using all of the information in our BI-Tool
  • Formulation of sales budget
  • Strong collaboration with ID Japan
  • Team management
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical / engineering field
  • You have already gained 7-10 years of work experience in a B2B Industrial sales experience with manufacturing related products and services within the manufacturing industry desirable
  • Sales budget monitoring
  • Sales plan analysis & presentation
  • Taskforce activity lead / administration - General affairs
  • Analyse what to sell to each customer based on the sales information in BI, CRM  and other tools
  • Design from the perspective of sales data accumulation what data should be kept in our CRM
  • Excellent Skills: SalesForce, BI(DOMO, Tableau), Excel
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have a high level of energy, enthusiasm, leadership, and mentorship
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager at meviy Europe
  • Good communications at all levels with excellent consultative selling skills
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills in English
  • Welcome for Japanese language skill, not needed for German language skill
  • Team-Lead Experience is a plus
