Your role and responsibilities

  • You support and advise your Colleagues on Application Problems by answering IT-specific Questions. 
  • You will analyze hardware and software Faults, which is Part of your daily Challenge where you can demonstrate your problem-solving Skills. 
  • You will plan System and Network Structures and implement them together with your Team.
  • You will coordinate external Service Providers for Hardware and Software Problems (2nd and 3rd level support). 
  •  You will be involved in various Projects to establish IT Systems.
  • You will also conduct Workshops and create Training Documents and Instructions for your Colleagues. 

Your profile

  • You have a High School Diploma. 
  • You have a strong technical Understanding and are enthusiastic about IT Topics and modern Technologies. 
  • You enjoy dealing with and solving customer Queries of all Kinds and value personal Contact. 
  • You are a strong Communicator, show Initiative, think, and act analytically and are willing to learn new Things. 
  • You have a Car Driver's License. 
  • Very good German and good English Skills round off your profile.
