Your role and responsibilities

  • You manage a portfolio of existing and new B2B customers, covering the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to technical proposals and closing.
  • You actively prospect for new customers, qualify leads through phone, email and other channels, and identify new business opportunities.
  • You build strong, long-term customer relationships and provide professional advice on MISUMI products and solutions through phone and digital channels.
  • You review 2D drawings and 3D models, identify technical requirements and clarify open issues together with design engineers, mechanical engineers, buyers and other technical stakeholders.
  • You develop tailored technical and commercial solutions together with your customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You document your activities in the CRM system and use modern CRM, Salesforce and AI tools to manage and continuously improve your sales activities.

Your profile

  • You have a university degree or vocational qualification, ideally in a technical or engineering field, or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • You have experience in new business development, outbound sales and consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • You are customer-focused and have excellent communication skills combined with a professional and confident manner.
  • You have strong technical aptitude and ideally experience with 3D CAD systems; alternatively, you are willing to quickly learn the basics of 3D CAD.
  • You work independently, are highly motivated and results-oriented, and have experience with CRM systems, MS Office and modern AI tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
