- Drive IT Security Governance:You identify and analyze regulatory, internal, and security requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives. You work closely with Legal, service and system owners, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Lead Security Projects & Initiatives:You plan and manage cross-functional IT security projects from initiation to completion. You define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks, gaps, and delays.
- Audits, Risk & Compliance:You coordinate IT audits and risk assessments, ensuring proper preparation, documentation, and ownership of security controls. You actively track audit findings and remediation actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Act as Central Security Interface:You serve as the primary point of contact for IT security coordination, facilitating collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and auditors while promoting security awareness across the organization.
- Own the Security Backlog:You maintain a structured overview of open security initiatives, risks, and controls. By driving clear accountability and stakeholder alignment, you ensure the timely delivery of security initiatives with the expected quality and scope.
