Your role and responsibilities

  • You lead digital transformation, software development, and implementation projects from initial concept through to successful go-live, ensuring a structured and efficient delivery.
  • You analyze requirements, structure complex challenges, and develop practical solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • You evaluate different solution options, assess risks and impacts, and prepare well-founded recommendations to support decision-making.
  • You translate business requirements into concrete actions, change requests, and executable project plans.
  • You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure transparent communication, and drive projects to successful and timely completion.
  • You support testing, training, and go-live activities and contribute to the successful implementation and stabilization of new processes and systems.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You have hands-on experience in project management for process and tool implementations and/or software development projects.
  • You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and are able to structure complex topics and translate requirements, solution approaches, and decision proposals into clear and actionable outcomes.
  • You have a solid understanding of digitalization and transformation initiatives, with the ability to consider both process and system perspectives.
  • You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner, take ownership of your responsibilities, and drive projects forward with a hands-on mindset.
  • You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, learn new topics quickly, and are business fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
