Your role and responsibilities
As a Customer Development Expert - Data Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing data from a variety of sales information with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling by making product/service/technology proposals to key accounts. Be part of our multinational team of more than 300 people from over 33 countries.
Your responsibilities will focus on the following activities:
- Analyse what to sell to each customers from a vast amount of sales information in BI (e.g. Tableau, Domo, SalesForce) and other tools.
- Design from the perspective of sales data accumulation what data should be kept in SalesForce
- Excellent Skills: SalesForce, BI and Excel
- Use Customer Relationship Management tool and process to document interactions with current and potential customers.
