Your role and responsibilities
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- You take over, consult, and grow revenues with an existing portfolio of specific customer groups, such as special machine builders and series manufacturers, the aim of uncovering potential with top revenue customers in Spain and Portugal, both virtually and on site.
- You penetrate the internal network of your customers to identify large projects and their development opportunities with a view to achieving the KPIs. Your goal is to acquire further active customers around Spain and Portugal.
- You carry out market analysis as well as voice of customer reports, competitor analysis, and information about relevant customer groups.
- You implement strategies and tactics defined by management and report regularly on local activities to the EUR headquarter in in Frankfurt, Germany.
- You liaise with various internal departments and attend country sales meetings monthly.
- You drive and support our e-commerce strategy by positioning and promoting MISUMI specific solutions.
- You reliably maintain your new customer relationships in our CRM system.
